I will be responsible for ensuring that the facility is left in a clean and orderly condition, and will be responsible for any damage arising out of the use of the facility. *

This includes the neglience of the Church arising from the use of facilities or activities in and about the same by me and by those persons using the facilities of HUMC, in connection with the events listed above. *

I will remain at HUMC during the entire time the facility is being used or have a trusted associate (over the age of 18) in my place under whom there will be adequate and responsible leadership. *

I have read and will comply by HUMC's Facility Use Policy, and will inspect the facility after use to ensure all areas/rooms/fields are returned to a satisfactory condition and complete the post event checklist at conclusion of the event. *

Exterior doors will be kept closed while AC or HVAC are running. I will make sure every exterior door and lights used by my group will be locked and turned off upon my departure. *

I understand that HUMC reserves the right to cancel usage of the building by any group, at any time, and for any reason, either stated or not stated. *
